"Situated in the perfect position of the town centre. Costa Coffee offers a variety of hot and cold drinks, have a variety of sandwiches, toasties, cakes, and are working in partnership with M&S food. The good coffee in the town and there Christmas specials are back. Staff all very knowledgeable and friendly, keep up the great work."

"This is well-situated in the centre of town and serves excellent coffee, snacks and tasty baking. All as expected from this well known brand. I've always enjoyed the quality of the products and have never been disappointed with their seasonal takes on my favourite source of caffeine! It's small, with tight aisles and not much space, but it does have indoor and outdoor seating. It's a ground-floor establishment with an accessible toilet downstairs but a hike upstairs for the others. The service is good, the staff friendly and efficient, and the cooler is always well stocked and impeccably clean. This is my go-to when shopping in Kilmarnock. My only caution would be the space issue for anyone with mobility issues. My advice would be - get takeout, and if the weather is decent, there are lots of great spots nearby to get a seat."

"Staff are always very friendly and deal with the queue very well. Coffee is always exactly how you ask and never have reason to complain. Has lots of tables and a small area outside to sit for sunny days. Always feels clean and never any old cups etc left lying on tables."

"Standard Costa Coffee outlet with regimented menu, cakes, biscuits, paninis and sandwiches, and of course the standard coffee shop drinks. Sits in a good location in pedestrian zone and has outdoor seating. Interior is modern and clean with fairly good views via their large windows. Drinks were palatable and refreshing, service was as you would expect."
